Certificate of Attendance

A certificate will be awarded after the completion of elective programmes. A register book will be kept at National Centre for Health Profession Education(NCHPE) to record daily attendance.  Student have to come to this office(NCHPE) with in 8:00am to  8:45 am to attend daily, keep their belongings in the locker and participate in the conference held in the departments

On the evidence, a certificate shall be issued signed by the Executive Director and the Elective Programme Coordinator.
